Torqfolio may collect customer contact information, vehicle details including VIN and mileage, service requests, diagnostic findings, repair records, estimates, messages, and uploaded photos or documents.

How information is used

Information is used to schedule, diagnose, document, estimate, perform, and communicate about vehicle service; maintain service history; operate and secure the service; and comply with applicable obligations.

Sharing

Information is shared only with service providers needed to operate Torqfolio, when authorized by the customer, or when required by law. Personal information is not sold.

Storage and security

Account and repair data is stored using Supabase. Reasonable safeguards are used, but no internet service can guarantee absolute security.

Retention and choices

Records are retained for legitimate service, warranty, accounting, and legal purposes. Customers may request access, correction, or deletion where applicable.
