Service records

Torqfolio organizes service requests, estimates, repair progress, reference materials, and vehicle records. Portal information may change as diagnosis and repair continue.

Repair authorization

A service request is not authorization to perform work. Work begins only after the mechanic and customer agree to the scope and price through the applicable authorization process.

Reference information

Videos, manuals, diagnostic patterns, and other references do not replace vehicle-specific professional judgment or current manufacturer service information.

Accounts

Users are responsible for protecting account credentials and promptly reporting suspected unauthorized access.

Availability

The service may be updated or interrupted. Records should not be treated as the only required legal, tax, safety, or warranty documentation.
